Draft at Eebria. An amazing nose of fruity hops that resulted in a surprisingly subdued taste. This was perfectly drinkable, but it didn't get me shouting from the rooftops. The aroma was very good though.

Cask at the Greyfriars, Reading, at 4.2% ABV. A slightly hazy pale amber pour with a ring of white head; tropical fruit aroma; big fruity taste, with lots of mango and apricot, but also sharply bitter; then a drier finish with some pine resin. Very good.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at the London Brewers Market. Pours mostly clear gold, effervescent, with a frothy, white head. Pleasant aroma, with notes of pithy citrus, tangerine, orange rind, dry pale malts. Light sweet flavour with subtly jammy citrus fruits, pale bread, mild ashy off-notes, bitter rind, grass, pale grains. Light bodied with lively carbonation and massaging texture. Finishes with further grassy and rindy bitterness, some lightly juicy peach, tangerine, a little more ash and flint, pale bread. Faintly astringent. The hops come through rather nicely here overall, but there is just that faint off edge that holds things back.
