Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2013, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Driftwood Dek Hop ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, straw, light to moderate hoppy, grass, light toffee - butter. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, grass - silage, sweet malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130813]

Draft at GBBF 2013 - London. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. Some light, buttery bread in the snout. Light sweet flavor with modest dried orange and buttered bread. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Mild dry, pale malts to finish with dry bread, faint dough, orange and lemon rind. OK.

From cask Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and light citrusy. Bitter, citrusy and crisp hoppy. Bitter and smooth fruity into the finish.

ChrisOs Easter Tasting. Light haze on this gold beer, little off white head. Light dry palate. Tangy and mildly sour lemony hops. Dry finish. Nice lemon from the Perle hops. Decent.

Bottle at Chriso’s Easter tasting 2012. It pours golden yellow, with a white head. The nose is hay, straw and white grape. The taste is lime, lemon, grapefruit, white grape, tartness, straw and soap, with a dry finish. Light-medium body and low-average carbonation. Alright.
