Bottle at Ølfred. Pours cloudy dark broen with medium white head. Aroma is caramel, toffee, mint, green hops, yeast and spice. Taste is medium sweet, light to medium bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with medium carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and brown with notes of caramel, toffee, nuts, malt, yeast and spice.

330 ml bottle, as Ebeltoft Belgian Brown (Rosenholm is not mentioned on the label), from the brewery. ABV is 6.8%. Copper to chestnut colour, small off-white head. Moderate aroma of malts, caramel and slightly spicy Belgian ale yeast. Flavour of caramel and brown bread with syrup, some sourish hints.

Tap @ C4, Odense. Pours Amber Brown with a White head. Thick Nutty Chewy Malty, slight Esters and Dark bread. Medium bodied. Well executed although not really my thing.
