Bottle at Ølfred. Pours cloudy dark broen with medium white head. Aroma is caramel, toffee, mint, green hops, yeast and spice. Taste is medium sweet, light to medium bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with medium carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and brown with notes of caramel, toffee, nuts, malt, yeast and spice.

330 ml bottle, as Ebeltoft Belgian Brown (Rosenholm is not mentioned on the label), from the brewery. ABV is 6.8%. Copper to chestnut colour, small off-white head. Moderate aroma of malts, caramel and slightly spicy Belgian ale yeast. Flavour of caramel and brown bread with syrup, some sourish hints.

Clear, amber-brownish color and a nice off-white head. Caramel, toffee and nice malts. Taste is sweetish, caramel, brown sugar. Medium body and a liquorice finish

Bottle.Hazy brown colour with small head.Aroma of dried fruits yeast and caramel,medium body and lively mouth feels good nots of caramel and brown bread smooth and light finish.

Tap @ C4, Odense. Pours Amber Brown with a White head. Thick Nutty Chewy Malty, slight Esters and Dark bread. Medium bodied. Well executed although not really my thing.

Bottle, 6.8% as Ebeltoft Belgian Brown. Hazy brown, small offwhite head. Aroma has brown sugar, light yeasty notes, fruity malt. Flavour is sweet, malty, caramely with spicy yeast. Late notes of licorice.

Tap at Highlanders, Aarhus. Pours a hazy chestnut brown with a small off white head. Aroma of fruit, malt and caramel. Medium sweetness and bitterness, light sour.

Draft @ Taphouse, Copenhagen. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy weak yeasty caramel aroma. Fruity malty spicy caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel yeasty finish.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - amber pour with beige head. Sweet malty aroma and taste with notes of caramel, fudge, yeasty, dried fruity notes, light spices into the close.
