Craft Clerkenwell. Cask. Almost clear dark amber beer. Tidy off white head. Palate is smooth with light carbonation. Mild caramel in the malt base. Somewhat insipid marmalade hops. Redemption comes by way of some sweet candy fruits. Finishes neutral.

Cask at The Market Porter. Pours light brown with a creamy beige head. Floral aroma. Med body. Flavor is very floral and has light chocolate malt. It finishes bitter, which may well be from the malt. Changed my mind. Now it seems a little sweet chocolate. Tongue fatigue?

Cask at the 14th Egham Beer Festival. Hazy, mid-chestnut with a loose cream head; muted malt aroma; soft malty body, and some dry spicy hops to finish with a touch of ginger and cinnaomin. Rather unispiringing.
