Sour ale brewed using sour-kettle technique with lactobacillus. 100 kg of milled red currant and 100 kg of milled black currant were added on the secondary fermentation. Berries gave more acidity and awesome red to pink color.

From tap at Borefts 2016. Aroma is sour and tart berries, black currant, notes of raspberries, mild lactic, fruit yoghurt. Flavour is mildly sour with a hint of sweetness. Body is light. Nice fruity aroma, easy drink, enjoyable light weight fruit Sour.

Draught @ 8th. BBF 2016 [ 8th Borefts Beer Festival 2016 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Bakunin Twinberry ].Unclear medium red orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, watermelon, berries, red currant. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, tart, berries, red currant, refreshing. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160924] 7-3-7-3-15

Borefts VIII. Day 2. Keg. Hazy pinky - red beer, small peach - pink head. Light palate, fairly dry and with good fine minerally crispness. Light berry fruits. Mild seltzer. Light sour tang. Dry finish. Not often I would say this about a sour - wild ... could be more intense.

Sample at Borefts 2016. Poured a clear pinkish red colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is creamy ice cream yeast, strawberry. The flavour is light sour acid citrus with a light, watery, bubbly fruit palate. Light bodied with lively carbonation.

At BBF, hazy beautifull lightish Red color, berry, sea water aroma, light fruity, sea water and metalic flavor, some saltiness and tannins. A bit bland But still quite interesting.

[9/24/16] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2016 in Bodegraven. Day two. Shiny red. Nice berries aroma with a bit of yogurt. Tart lactic flavor with berries. Very good and refreshing.
