Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As De Keukenbrouwers Hip Hop Apple Tree ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, yeast, wheat, apple - cider - sweet apple, light saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to lively. Encore une de Keukenbrouwers qui ne fait pas hip hop mais qui fait flop... En ce qui concerne la pomme, y'en a.…mais pas que. Pas certain non plus qu'une polonaise en boive au petit-déjeuner. Robe blond doré, la mousse blanche à sa surface est très fine (1 mm). Le nez, présentant une petite acidité est à la fois floral, fruité (pomme, agrumes) avec une petite pointe épicée. L'acidité se retrouve à l'attaque avec des arômes de pomme, poire, banane et épices. L'équilibre n'est clairement pas le maître mot de cette bière. L'alcool à 5,5 % est trop faiblard pour cela et l'amertume, qui n'est pas très poussé (IBU de 20) se fait quelque peu étouffer par l'acidité. La deuxième bouche, qui est donc plus instable que la première s'appauvrit pour laisser davantage s'exprimer le citron et les agrumes. L'arrière bouche légèrement âpre est sur les agrumes et les épices, le Fuggles, s'exprime alors davantage que la Columbus (les 2 houblons rentrant dans la recette de cet Apple Tree), tout comme dans le final, raté âpre, améro-acide sur le citron. Loin d’être transcendant.

Bottle shared thanks to kermis. Hazy yellow with little things floating around. Soft yeast, sweet malts, apple, cardboard, light peppers and milky notes too. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with slight creamy feel.

7 3 7 3 15Bottle shared. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of apple, peppery yeast and citrus. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Straw blond and clear. Aroma and flavour have light green apple tartness. Light, crisp, clean and refreshing.

F: big, white, average retention. C: blonde to pale gold, hazy. A: malty, grassy, bit floral, yeasty, fruity. T: malty, grassy, light fruity, peach, dough, some apples in the aroma may be but in taste very weak, too yeasty, lack some more spiciness for saison, bit lemon, yet drinkable, medium body, lively carbonation, 33cl bottle from Prik & Tik Leuven.

(Thank you!) Sampled 330 ml. bottle @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2017. Citrus golden. Nose is basic bad hand soap, not that great BE esters. Taste is soapy esters, hand soap, unpleasant hand soap apple, poor esters, fizzy, not a fan.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2017. A clear pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of mild sweet grainy malt, belgian yeast. Taste of belgian yeast, pale malt, Yellow fruits, boring.
