This is the first beer in our "Spotlight Caledon" series, where we highlight the varied attractions, natural beauties, and landmarks in and around the Caledon/Headwaters area.
The Forks of the Credit is a beautiful Provincial Park right in our backyard. It is both a part of the Niagara Escarpment biosphere and the Bruce Trail, which runs from Niagara all the way to Tobermory.
The park is known for it's scenic trails and beautiful water features and is well worth a trip on a nice summer day.
Hopped at just under 6lbs/bbl (that’s a lot), this beer is gushing with notes of tangerine orange, melon, white grape and gentle pineapple notes with some faint, fading notes of pine. Low in bitterness, supremely silky, and smooth, this beer drinks like a fruity melange of hoppy happiness.

Tastes a bit like plastic, smells of vinyl, bitter, fairly harsh. Vague notes of citrus fruit. Not a big fan of that.

Can shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. A haxed bright golden yellow coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is nice juicy fruit, dank, midget gems, petrol, creany wheat. Tangerine. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, juicy fruit, orange blossom, pear drop, delicate hops, spicy citrus. Nice. Palate is semi sweet, rounded wheat, spicy citrus, mild hop burn.

Bottleshare at CBJ. Thanks to Bearded for the can. A mild haze on this yellow beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Fluffy light pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Plenty of hop spice but curiously not that much hop fruits, just very light citrus, orange and mandarin. Light hop spicy finish. Ninja hop spice. WTF?

Can from Left Field Beer, shared at CBJ Tasting. Hazy very pale gold. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has sweet sugared fruit and sour edge. Flavourwise it's more bitter with a sour edge over chewy savoury porridge. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Slightly chalky. Flat carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Decent.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some tangerine notes and a semi-dry finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with tangerine notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with a nice tangerine twist and a semi-dry finish.

473ml can, 2025 vintage on the label, hops this time are Galaxy, Simcoe and Motueka - unclear if different from previous years.
Pours an opaque yellow, huge white head. Aroma of ripe mandarin, mango, grapefruit, light dank hit. Taste is very hoppy, juicy, mandarin, grapefruit, lime, mango, finishing kinda piney, pithy citrus bitterness and light dank herbal notes. Medium bodied but perhaps a tad overcarbonated for me. Really good though.

473ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, very pale golden colour with average to huge, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, snow white head. Citrusy fruity hoppy and oaty malty aroma, notes of lemon, a touch of limoncello and grapefruit, unripe lemon, lime. Taste is slightly bitter, zesty, citrusy fruity hoppy and oaty malty with low residual sweetness, hints of lemon, lemon peel, a touch of limoncello, grapefruit, yuzu, unripe lemon, lime, mild citric tartness. Creamy texture, slightly dry, almost a tad astringent palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Very oaty and citrusy, nice creamy mouthfeel, a tad too dry for perfect harmony - good.
