Bottle, backlog April 2014. Clear amber body under a medium sized tan head. Aroma has malt, some toffee and dry fruit. Taste is medium sweet caramel malt with some kind of fruity bitterness – more like some kind of general fruit and not particular bitter really. Medium body and rather sweet aftertaste. Feels a bit sticky.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wet hay, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle@yesprs - Amber coloured stout with white head :) sweetish toasted malty aroma and taste, vague fruity notes, caramelic sweetness, medicinal and herbal notes, weird one, in no way a stout.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a dissipating off-white head. Aroma is primarily alcohol, a little nuts and very, very subtle roast. Medium body, subtle caramel, phenols and again tons of fermentation errors. It’s even tart indicating a growing infection. But first and foremost, it has absolutely nothing to do with a Stout what-so-ever. I really don’t hope this brewer has to make a living from his beer. 220616

Bottle, 6.5%. Citric aroma, smells infected. Almost clear light brown colour. Big stable light brown head. The flavour is sour, also tastes infected. Some underlying malt, but hard to taste. Not past BB date.

Bottle. Pours clear rich amber (but not more than that) with airy, rocky beige head. Sourish (off?) aroma with some malty notes and a good deal of yeast. Dusty and sour flavour with hints of malt and fruit and a cartload of coriander. Aggressive, roasty palate. Most adorable indeed.

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate biter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. oily palate. Stout? No way!
