Can from Trembling Madness Drinks Shop, York. ABV not shown on the can? Reddy amber. Thin, tan head. Mandarin, grapefruit, raspberry. Some light pepper spiciness. Taste is big bitterness, but there’s a fruity sweetness, too. Big body with some stickiness. Tasty!

Black Heart. Keg. Whilst two pimply bands were warming up to play and their sleazy American manager was, well sleazing about I had half of this beer! Bright looking but deep amber. Small pale cream coloured head. Palate is smooth with fine carbonation. Light malt, touch of cream and semi sweet. Nice mix of mellow and slightly bruised orange hops and light red berries. Touch of lactose. Stinging carbonation in the finish. Very drinkable.

rapefruit rind and pulp taking center stage. Not very bitter surprisingly enough. Good, missing a bit oomph

Tap @ Freshcraft. Pours a clear, burnt orange appearance with an off white head. Fairly earthy, a bit floral, slightly piney hoppy, toasty malty aroma. Fairly toasty pale malty, light toffee, pretty floral and earthy hoppy flavor. Fairly bitter, especially on the finish. Ok.

Pour is a hazy orange with an average white head. Aroma is citrus hops with maybe a lingering caramel malt. Flavor is bang hops and resin. A little sweetness from the malt lingers on the tounge. A very tasty APA and I’m glad I got to try it this year before it dissapears.
