Amber-brown, thin head. Earthy brown sugar, same brown sugar character, but with a splash of alcohol, subtle fruitiness and just a dash of hop.

Cask at the Rake - Borough Market, London. Pours clear amber with a slight, creamy off-white head. Aroma holds toasty bread and some ripe fruits. Medium sweet flavor with lightly toasted bread, ripe berries, very light earthy bitterness. Light to medium bodied with soft, fine carbonation. Light toasty sugar finish with some dry bread, light minerals, candies, mild crunchy leaves. Tasty. Good and drinkable for the ABV.

Cask handpull at Brew Wharf. Clear mid brown beer lasting beige head. American hoppy aroma. Very sweet and malty in mouth. I can see why Ken liked it. Too sweet for me. Some nice strawberry jam flavour though. Quite stinging hop on the finish. A real sipper if a strong beer. Hops on end are quite astringent. Good interesting beer.

Beer launch at the Rake. Clear deep amber beer. small pale tan head. Palate is smooth and slightly soft. Creamy malt, slightly sweet and a little dry. Mild citric hops at the back end before a semi dry minerally finish. Interesting and tasty.
