Draught at Taphouse, Cph. Hazy, golden colour with a small, white head. Fruity aroma with sweet fruits, spicy notes, floral hops and yeasts. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and fruity with spicy and yeasty notes. Neat Saison.

Bottle bought through craftbeer.se. Pours hazy pale golden with a rather big frothy and rocky offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving some nice-looking trace and thick lacing on the glass. Smell is estery any tiny phenolic with crackers, cereal banana bread, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sweet, bitter, estery and slightly phenolic with crackers, white bread, unripe banana, unripe pears, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, allspice, minerals and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is crisp, slightly sparkling, slightly dry, slightly astringent and medium bodied. Finish is bitter, slightly estery and slightly phenolic with crackers, cereal, minerals, hay, unripe banana, pear skins, dry soil, clovers, lemon zest and hints of alcohol. Tasty non-funky strong saison…
