Traditional Eisbock gerijpt op Jack Daniel’s barrels, 14% Deze Eisbock heeft 250 dagen gerijpt op Jack Daniel’s. Zoete tonen van karamel en chocolade vloeien harmonieus over in een volle smaak van vanille, rijp fruit en rozijnen uit de Jack Daniel’s barrels. Daarna volgt een complexe smaak van salmiak, drop en hout. Naam We brouwen bier zo koud als het hart van je ex-vriendin. Stop met janken en kruip uit dat donkere hoekje waar je weg zit te kwijnen. Laat ons jouw hart verwarmen… Je komt er wel overheen! Eisbock-methode Door Jopen 4-granen Bokbier (6,5%) te behandelen met de traditionele eisbock-methode, is dit bokbier omgetoverd tot een vol en zacht bier. Dit heeft geresulteerd in een zachte en soepele Eisbock van 12%.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Mitch. Pours clear brown with a foamy khaki head. Nice aroma, dark fruits, toffee, brown bread. Medium to big sweet flavour, nice dark fruit character, plum, dates, toasted brown bread, caramel. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, more bread and fruit. Very nice.

Bottle big thanks to Ken. It pours dark brown with a small beige head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, oily, treacle, caramel, treacle, bourbon, vanilla, oak, fruit cake, light spice, brown bread and earth. The taste is slick, sweet, chewy, tangy, brown bread, oily, caramel, toffee, warming, oak, tannin, stewed black tea, alcohol kick and spice with and oaky finish. Full body, fine carbonation and oily mouth - feel. Pretty good fun.

Level 6 Bottleshare. Clear deep amber - brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Little malt cream. Woody bourbon, slightly bitter. Esters. Smooth finish. Bourbon woody linger. Tidy.

Bottle sampled at NBPF. Hazy dark brown with small dark beige head. Sweet berries, sweet malts, light whisky, old wood, soft vanilla, brown sugar, alcohol, light chocolate, cardboard, soft fruity hops. Quite sweet and bitter. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

8 3 8 3 16Bottle at The Hague festival ‘18. Near black with a ring tan head. Aroma of booze barrel, whiskey, dark fruits, oak and caramel. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with alcohol warmth in the finish and soft carbonation.
