Aroma of roasted malts, caramel, lots of coffee, tropical fruits, some pine, grapefruit, hops. Flavour is light sweet with a potent bitter finish. Both roasty and fruity/hoppy, well-rounded and massively drinkable.

Draught @ Borefts 2013. Deep dark brown color. Roast, a hint of smoke and even citrus in the aroma. Citric hopbitter roasty flavor with hints of licorice. Aggressively hopbitter. Lacking somewhat in balance.

Malty, roasted, hoppy taste with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, liquorice, dried fruit, soy sauce, black rye bread, roasted nuts, mint and a generous piney, citric bitterness. More than medium body, quite dry. Solid and well made black IPA. Very nice.
