Bottle 750ml. @ [ (chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig) by chriso - London ].[ Trade by Papsoe ]. Clear medium to dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, bread, roasted, caramel. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, oxidide, dark malt, dried fruit, bread. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130810]

Bottle at chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2013 - London. Pours clear, ruby-amber with a frothy, off-white head. Rich caramel and bread aroma. Medium sweet flavor with light, bready malts, some more caramel. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately sweet to finish with light earthy bitterness and semi-dry caramel. Good stuff.

Bottle @ Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig ’13. Pours a dark amber ruby color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy dark fruit and caramel aroma. Fruity malty spicy dark fruit and caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy dark fruit caramel finish.

Bottle at Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2013. Stale rye bread aroma. Chesnut brown , loose white head. Sweetish liquorice, cara malt and some belgian yeast. ok.

ChrisO’s Pre GBBF ’Are You Scottish?’ tasting. Almost clear brown beer, little pale tan head. Papery medium malt, lactose, light dried fruits. Light dry finish. Meh!

Bottle at Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2013, 10/08/13. Dark mahogony brown with a thin light beige head. Nose is bready malts, dark toffee, light roasted tones, fruit. Taste comprises toffee, bready malts, brown sugar, dark fruit. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, dry finish with a little bitterness. Decent enough stuff.

Bottle at Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2013. It pours deep brown with a thick yellow-white head. The nose is wood, brown bread, varnish, raisin, plum, date and cake. The taste is juicy date, raisin, plum, light tartness, earth, wood, leather, toffee and decent bitterness with a dry finish. Medium-full body and moderate carbonation. OK depth. Not too bad at all.

Bottle at Chris O’s pre-GBBF shindig, 2013. Mahogany pour with a beige head. Caramel and bonfire toffee aroma. Caramel and toffee malt flavour. Long sweet linger. Not too bad.

At Chriso pre GBBF Shindig 2013. Ruby clear beer lasting thick cream head. Bit oxidised on the aroma. Some malt in mouth. Not good.

cloudy brown, smooth light brown head. slightly spicy aroma, flavor is malty, caramelly, spicy. lots of taste, but the abv is also up there.
