As Downton Chimera Mad Hare at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. A slightly hazy dark amber beer with a medium tan head. The aroma is sweet and very malty with notes of caramel and fruits, especially peaches and citrus. The flavor is a bit light but very complex with notes of malt, caramel, and nuts as well as light notes of fruit, leading to a dry bitter and nutty finish.

Cask, gravity at the Kings Arms Beer Festival, Kidlington, Oxon 28-03-08 This pours with a thin film of white head, dark amber in colour. Thin, watery, bit heavy on the caramel, this is ok and gets better but it is still lacking a little in my opinion.
