Thanks Adam for sending this over. 750ML enjoyed at cellar temp in a stemmed wine glass.

A - Plum brown pour but looks pretty dark brown in the glass. Almost no head. Cork was impossible to remove..ended up using a corkscrew.

S - Nose has a mix of funk, leather, prunes, figs and caramel maltiness.

T - Taste is nice. Sweet but still dry, lots of fruits and malty backbone. minor hint of vinegar, cherry pie and graham cracker.

M - Nice mouthfeel eruption but thin and oily finish.

O - I really enjoyed this beer. It has all of the nice malty characters followed by a sweet tart candy like sour. Really great.

Almost clear dark brown beer, no real head. Palate is slightly crisp and semi dry. Really nice Flemish sourness, not too sharp. Nice tart dark fruits and a whisper of balsamic vinegar. Light sherbet candy fruits. It’s all really well integrated. Light dry finish. Really nice Oud Bruin.

Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Unclear, brown colour with a golden tint. Tart aroma with lightly toasted malts, fruits, red grapes, bretts and wood. Taste is medium to heavy sour. Medium body, average carbonation. Finishes sour with wood (oak?) and red, tart berries. Excellent sour.

Bottle - murky amber/brown pour with small tan head. Dark berry fruits, very sour, yeasty, caramel, vinous and woody, slight spice and herbs. Pretty complex on the palate. Impressive.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy orangey brown with a smallish off-white head. Very sophisticated tart aroma, very woody with underlying caramel. Medium-bodied, heavy carbonation, again a lovely woody/caramellish note with Brett thrown in. Tart but never astringent. Very nice indeed. 130913
