22/06/2013 330ml bottle shared by Theydon_Bois (thanks Colin!)

Sampled @ Haand 2013. Hazy pale orange body with a white head. Mild, but pleasant aroma of citric fruit and more spicy than the regular Grisette, like ginger, pepper and soap (coriander?). Flavor is mild malt, fruity and spices like found in aroma. Medium body and nice aftertaste with same flavor as main test, but a bit more obvious pepper. Nice Sasion.

Bottle, Theydon Bois Roma Pre-Nuptuals Tasting at Ma Che, 22/06/13. Thanks to Josh for bagging me this one. Hazed light golden with an off white head. Good lacing ensues. Nose is grass, citrus, farmy, yeast notes, spice, orange peel. Taste comprises lemon zest, herbal qualities, pinch of spice, bitter orange, grass, farmyard, earthy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp refreshing palate cleansing finish. Another great saison from Partizan.

Bottle from the brewery drunk at home. Well the pepper certainly comes through and a little ginger. Certainly spicy on the finish with good hoppiness too. Mostly pepper is what I get on this. Some almost soapy saison flavour. Enjoyable I felt.

330ml bottle. Filmy golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy aroma has notes of ginger, lime, a peppery touch, cilantro. Taste is initially minimally sweet, spicy, notes of ginger with a soapy touch, later more dry and sourish, hints of lime, cilantro, in the finish minimally peppery. Refreshing, well balanced, maybe slightly too soapy due to the ginger extra benefit.

Hazy pale gold beer, decent white head. Palate is smooth and semi dry. Good fine carbonation. Light yeasty start. Light floral tones citrus, orange and a little lemon. Whisper of peppery spice that really comes in to view in the aftertaste. Nice Saison if a little yeasty.
