Ravfarget klar med off white skum. Lukter karamell, vanilje og noe whisky. Lett. Søtlig. Smaker karamell, vanilje og distinkt søtlig whisky.

330ml bottle from B&M Home Store, Darlington. Clear amber colour, white foam head and aroma of wood cask, oak, vanilla, dried fruits. Taste is sweet, butterscotch, malt, grains, some oak, woody, vanilla, light whisky notes, and slight mellow bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, lingering sweet wood cask finish. Quite drinkable.

Clear copper pour, with a small white head, minimal lacing. Aroma is buttery cereals, vanilla and scotchy oak. Mouth feel is oily, and medium bodied. Finish is semi sweet, low bitterness, super buttery, oaky, and subtle scotch flavour.

Light amber colour with a light, quickly disappearing head. Weak aromas of malt, vanilla and honey. The taste is sweet, honey-sugar, with a hint of vanilla and a light note of oak. It tastes like someone poured whiskey into beer. It does not have the depth I was hoping for.

330 ml bottle. 7.1% on this one. Pours a bright copper color with light head. Aromas of oak, weak whiskey, corn syrup, and toasted malts. Flavors of grass, oak, weak fruity whiskey. more corn syrup, and sharp toasted malts. Prett weak overall.

Bottle from Sainsbury's online. It pours clear amber with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, toffee, butterscotch, dried fruits, apple crumble, glace cherry, slightly burnt fruit cake, nuttiness, raisin, sultana, marzipan, slightly saline whisky and some white chocolate. The taste is firmly dry, earthy, dry wood, bitter, tannin, fairly pronounced boozy character, dried fruits, raisin, sultana, glace cherry, white chocolate, savoury, saline, walnut and a touch burnt toast with a drying, nutty finish. Medium+ body and average carbonation. Doesn't quite have the depth I had hoped.
