Barrel-aged stout with vanilla beans and coffee, brewed in collaboration with Bottle Logic Brewing.

Fusing our favorite stout recipes with a combination of imported vanilla beans, Panama Geisha coffee, and a 20-month slumber in bourbon barrels, Kaiju Clash is the collision of two stout behemoths. We get notes of vanilla frosting, dark chocolate, and fresh frothed espresso up front that gently glides into bourbon drizzled brownies. Let the beast awaken in your glass. Sip, savor, enjoy!

Bomber Solodome! Sidenote, was seems to give light in the dark. What a cool and unique, but no doubt unnessecary and probably expensive feature ! Pours black . Small, intensely darkened head. Scent is rich, roasty, intense malts, chocolate, Vanilla is mild. Taste is very intense, smooth roast, intense chocolate, clearly outspoken (but not OP) bourbon barrels. Vanilla is present, but not dominant. Definately sweet, on the verge of too sweet (hey , Bottle logic ! ) Thick body and medium low carbo. Lovely ! Mild alcohol burn at the end.
