Bottle pour at WFG. Opaque orange, with a white head. Citric, zesty, somewhat oaky, vibrant and fruity, there’s a hint of grass in there too. Sophisticated and elegant.

Wfg’23, dry, fruity, great

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma has lots of that typical SARA funk with lots of lemon and nice floral notes. Light white wine and grape must notes with hints of oak and stone fruit. Light grain notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a fairly clear, golden orange with a medium large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Flavor is slightly sweet with a light acidity and light grain notes. Medium light bitterness and light alcohol notes. Light lemon, floral and grape must notes with hints of stone fruit. Light peppery, herbal phenolics. Faint oak notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice beer that is aging gracefully. Lots of that typical SARA funk with light acidity and well rounded complexity. Nice, faint herbal notes in the flavor that add some balance.

Bottle. Pours clear top slightly hazy golden, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is oak, lemon, bugs, hint of white grape. Flavor is light tart, light funk, mineral, tannin. Light body. Nice.
