750ml bottle from Bacchanalia in Cambridge, drunk at home. Yellow-gold, clear, thin and still. Almost looks like mead. Aroma is funky and woody with apples and turpentine thrown in. Dry, sour/sweet, woody and so what medicinal taste. Long sourish finish. Lots and lots of oak in the aftertaste. A bit of a mess but I like it anyway.
