Tap at Euston Tap West. Black colour, thin off-white head. Aroma of roasted malts, caramel, grape, dustbin. Flavour of roasted malts, fudge, orange peel, Sinaspril, tastes a bit off tbh, rather bitter roast finish. Light bodied. OK-ish.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear, deep brown with a thick, creamy tan head. The nose holds well roasted malts, dry cocoa. Light sweet flavour with bitter ashy roast, more bittersweet cocoa, burnt earth. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Dry and bitter in the finish, ashy, with more bitter dark chocolate, earthy bitterness. A little overly bitter, but not bad.
