Pint at the mail box, Lincoln. Golden colour, with a thin white head. Slight citrus aroma and taste. Mid sweet.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, herbs, moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, herbs, sweet malt, yesty, light spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130810]

Bottle at chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2013 - London. Pours hazy pale yellow with a frothy white head. Dry citrus on the nose, mellow pale malts. Light sweet flavor with dried citrus bitterness, lemon rind like. Light in body with fine carbonation. Dry on the finish with mild sweetness and rind of both grapefruit and lemon. Nice beer. Tasty.

The taste is crisp, dough, floral, nice bitterness, sweet grapefruit, lemon pith, and peach with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Crisp, smooth and well-balanced. Nice.
