Bottle, 750 ml. Shared with Zec, JFK10000, MiroB and Miro and Max at my Grande. Hazy orange with small white head. Fruity, apples, apple skins, some barrel, bit funky, bit peaty.

Bottle from The Sally at Ham. Pours clear bright orange gold with dissipating white foam. Aroma: sour apple, apple pomace, lemon peel, oak, funk, peaty hints. Taste: light tartness, cidery, sweet apple, lemon, some tannins. Medium body with spritzy carbonation.

Corked and caged bottle (their first for a 750ml I think). Mills online. Mostly clear orange gold. Not too much of a head, but what there is stays the course. Nose has big Dabinett apple vibes. Sticking plaster. Sweet peat. Fermenting apple pomace. Bit of lemony sick. It’s going to be a love it or hate it beer this one. Taste is sweet and peaty with some boozy bitterness. Doesn’t drink too easy with fairly high foamy carbonation. Slightly rough tannic bitterness to finish. Not for me.
