750ml bottle online from the source. Pours light hazed vibrant orange with a dissipating foamy white cap. Aroma: malt, plenty of apricot, also lemon, light apple. Taste: moderate tart, light sharp, crisp, semi-dry, lots of juicy apricot, sweet apricot, a little savoury, some minerality, light funk. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Enjoyed this.

The taste is crisp, firmly dry, very juicy, tart, bright, zingy, apricot, peach, nectarine, tangerine, funk, barnyard, hay, spice, nip of alcohol, light acidity, orange sherbet, minerality and wet grass. Finish is juicy apricot. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Very juicy and bright. Good depth. Quaffable.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Burning Sky online. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. Lightly sweet, refreshingly acidic, nice tart apricot, tangerine, lemon, modest funk, a little salt. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, salty, more tart apricot, citric bite. Good stuff.

Alright? This count as a new beer? That’s nice. Bottle. Burning Sky online shop. Hazed, pale copper colour. Super sticky, thin and dense, slightly leggy, lasting white head. Nose has a pile of apricot. Stewed and fresh and whatever is in between. It’s all about the fruit here. Taste is tart and ridiculously juicy. Sweetness on the lips. Medium body is smooth and juicy. Soft and foamy carbonation. Huge juice to finish. I’d never guess Rustique was the base beer, but nevertheless this is is fantastic.
