Bottle from Aldi and drunk at home. Clear mid brown colour lasting cream head. Shepherd Neame aroma yeast. Ugly malt in the mouth. Light bitterness on the finish. Oh dear. It’s not very good at all.

Bottle contributed by, and shared with, EMJ at OSB 08.04.15. Clear golden. Foamy and persistent off-white head. Wondeful aroma of English hops, fresh grass and malt. Similar superb taste, with good grass-ish bitterness on aftertaste. Very quaffable.

Brun farge med hvitt skum. Lukter malt og noe karamell. Smaker maltsødme. Medium med kullsyre. lettdrikkelig og med sødme som sitter igjen i avslutningen.

Bottle at chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2013 - London. Pours clearish gold with a light, creamy cap. Some dry bread in here, dry caramel, faint leaves and hints of fruits. Light in body with fine carbonation. Moderate dryness to end, with mellow leafy bitterness and grainy bread. OK.

Flaske 0,5% fra Eide Handel. Drukket hjemme 4 Okt 13. Gyldenbrun. Høyt luftig skum som varer en stund. Pen lacing. God maltaroma med antydning til frukt. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken er malt & karamell. Blir litt syrlig bitter etter hvert. Avslutninga er tørr frukt. Veldig godt butikkøl!

Clear 500ml bottle: BBD Jun 14, poured into a UK pint sleeve at home on 15 Feb 14. Autumnal orange body with a swiftly dying white head. Mild citrus hop nose combined with biscuity malts and a yeast trace. The taste is semi-malty with a citrus feel, OK rather than wonderful. A pleasant blend of flavours but nothing to really get your taste buds going. Medium to semi-weak body wise, a typical low priced Shepherd Neame supermarket beer.
