Cellar clean out session Pt Deux. Hazy paleish gold beer, a few lonely white bubbles. Palate is light, dry and has modest carbonation. Light lemony tang, trace of lime. Modest salty savoury just after the mid point. A trace of something vegetal. Light finish. Probably not worth the pain of the nettle gathering!

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Opaque pale yellow. No head. Nose has wheat. Pale, sweet bread. Some urinal cube sourness. Notes of privet leaf and light, green herb. Taste is mellow sour. Fairly dry. A little saline. Light body. Soft acidity. Herby, floral finish. Some salt and sugar on the lips. Decent sour.
