Bottle @ The Unholy Trinity Meets Again, Sønderborg. Pours hazy orangeish amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of hops, orange peel and malt, with touches of yeast. Ditto flavour, with some acidic hints. Estery and citric aftertaste with bitter notes. Gives good belches but that’s just about it. Drinkable but far from the style it is supposed to represent.

Bottle, 4.6%. OK refreshing aroma, slightly sweet and spicy hop notes. Almost clear light brown colour. Big stable rocky off-white head. The flavour is sweetish with a rough bitterness and a touch of spicy saaz hop.

Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of malt and grassy hops, with a fruity note of prunes, and a light metallic touch. Sweetish malty flavour of grain and bread, with more prune and grass, and a quite bitter finish

Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body and a dense, two-finger off-white head that lasts. A bit strange aroma, with some green apples and grass. Pale malts dominates though. Some bitterness in the in my opinion too sweet flavor. Still, quite dryish on the palate. Some peppery hints blend in. Pleasant carbonation, medium body. Pleasant bitterness in the finish Well, a decent one indeed, especially like the grass and pepper notes, but it’s far from a world class beer. Much better than many of the other new beers from Skagen. 130430

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Clean malty nose with quite some flowery hops. Medium body, clean and crispy hops with the good use of hops adding lots of aroma and a surprisingly good bitterness. A very well brewed Pilsener. 070413
