A full bodied red ale with Liberty, Centennial, Citra, and Galaxy. This is a nicely sweet red ale with some biting hops and the pleasant tropical flavours of the hard to find Australian hop, Galaxy.

Bottle. Hazy amber body with a medium off-white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of honey, red apple and orange peel. Flavour of blood orange, grapefruit, caramel and juicy hops. Medium body with an oily texture. Very fizzy. Too much carbonation but this is a raw, hoppy Red IPA.

Bottle. Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. 5.2%. Hazy red. Big, bubbly, sticky, off white, lasting head. Lovely sticky hop to this. Jammy, and fruity. Smells very fresh and lively. Bit of a light, oily herb thing going on. Taste sets off juicy bitter, with a fruity sweetness building and lingering. Smooth mouthfeel, although there’s plenty of fizz, which could be a good thing, given that sweetness. Finishes fruity, soft bitter. Touch dry on the close.
