A full bodied red ale with Liberty, Centennial, Citra, and Galaxy. This is a nicely sweet red ale with some biting hops and the pleasant tropical flavours of the hard to find Australian hop, Galaxy.

At the Tankroom. Ruby red is a clear Amber red with a fresh hoppy aroma with breadiness. The taste is somewhat sweetly malty with a satisfying mouthfeel and lovely complex interplay of hop flavorful fruits. Good stuff.
