18/7/2024. Cask at the 2024 Chelmsford Summer Beer & Cider Festival. Pours slightly hazy dark golden amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is hoppy, fruity, malt, biscuit, grass, touch of herb. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Nice developing bitter finish. Quite enjoyed this.

On tap at the Ship Isis, Sunderland, Saturday February 2nd in the company of Peter Fowler, Steve Matthews and Peter's daughter Claire. Pours gold, fruity and juicy with lots of citrussy action, a lovely beer, and very popular amongst our small group.
