Phantasmagoria is an IPA that is low in malt flavors, but high in hops. We brew this beer as a nod to the big hoppy beers of the west coast. We use loads of citrusy and piney hops at the end of the boil and in the fermenter to make this beer a hop experience.

V hazy amber. Nose is citrus, dank, papaya. Flavor is resiny, vague fruit, light milky body and low bitterness. malt comes through as bread, rock candy.

Gott.

Kicsi, tartós, fehér hab, barnás árnyalatú narancssárga szín, szűretlen. Déligyümölcsös, citrushéjas, citrusos illat, némi ananásszal karöltve. Grapefruitos, ananászos, déligyümölcsös ízek, némi fenyős aromával. Lágy, közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, erősen keserű. Nagyon finom, jól eltalált sör.

Draught at Row 34, 9/29/17.
Gently hazy, maize-hay-golden body topped by a medium-sized, white head showing moderate retention.
Nose is full of pear, apple and caramel malt with pine and grapefruit coming on strong on the finish. Rather acidic and showing moderate oxidation. Guess this one is just a bit too old.
A shame, as it's heavily oxidized with old, leafy, bitter, soapy citrus and pine, yet the texture is incredibly soft and malty with good attenuation and still a breath of engaging carbonation. Caramel malt, bread and cardboard with more soap and pine bitterness on the finish. Will certainly try again.
