Gravity cask at the Bree Louise, London. Pours clear gold with a small - but present! - white head. (It is rare to see head on a gravity pour at this pub!) Biscuity malt aroma with some delicate citrus and hay. Light to medium sweet flavor, bread, toast, doughy malts, light grass, leaves and citrus. Light bodied with fine, tickling carbonation. Clean finish, some doughy malt sugars, light bitterness. Ticks all the boxes, this one.

The taste is floral, grass, hay, oily hop, toasted malt, earth and touch of honey sweetness. Light to medium body and soft carbonation. Straight forward, easy drinking, but pretty unexciting.
