2014 and 2015 bottles shared by my daughter. Nose is oak and cherries along with the tiniest hint of funk. Gold with a medium, lightly lacing, off white head. Flavor is lightly sweet and fruity with hints of tartness and funk.

Bottle: Poured a blonde color ale with a large pure white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing notes. Aroma of acidic notes with light barrel-aged notes with some subtle candi sugar notes also perceptible. Taste is also a mix of acidic notes with some light oak notes, some barrel-aged notes and candi sugar are also noticeable. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. More complex than other beers from this brewery but still too acid for my taste.

On tap. Pours a deep reddish brown with little head. Aromas of vinous wood, sugary malts, balsamic vinegar, and old cherries. Flavors follow same with more sweet/sour cherry presence.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Cloudy red color, no head. The aroma is sour, fruit, raspberry. Strong body, some residual sweetness, strong acidity, strong raspberry flavour, some blackberry, but no harsh tannins; some astringency in the final.
Indeed very good.
