500 ml bottle, from Holtes Vinlager, Skagen. ABV is 5.0%. Deep golden colour, large white head. Aroma of malts, yeast and caramel. The flavour is mostly dry, but has a slight residual sweetness with caramel. Medium bittering hops.

On tap Skagen Bryghus. Pours amber with white head. Aroma of pine needles, melon, caramel, citrus. Taste distinctly bitter with quite some sweetness.

Bottle. An unclear one, dark golden to amber in color, with a dense, finger-thick off-white head on top. The aroma is quite weak, with pale malts, caramel hints and a touch of citrusy hops. It’s medium bodied and soft on the palate, with toffee hints, some yellow apples, and a decent bitterness. Short finish with caramel and bitterness. Not very balanced this one, and not very tasteful either. 150124

Bottle @ benzai thx to his parents. Hazy amber to orange with a small white head. Smells malty, herbs, spices. Tastes malty, sweetish, some herbs. Medium body, soft carbo.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by dad. Slightly hazy reddish amber color, small off - white to beige head. Smell and taste lightly malts, lightly cardboard, some herbs or spices. Aroma is definitely off. Taste is slightly better. Average body and carbonation.
