Keg at the Market Porter, London. Pours clear gold with a moderate, white cream head. Dusty caramel in the nose, some toasty malts. Medium sweet flavor with lots of toasty, sugary bread, very faint leaves. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, mostly lightly toasted bread and mellow caramel. Pretty spot-on for a festbier.

(Draught at London City Airport, London, 25 Nov 2012) Amber colour with brief, frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of toast, orange peel, apricots and hints of yeast. Malty, fruity taste with toast, apricots, orange and a gentle spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Quite decent.

Tap på Sheffield Tap 30 Sep 10. Lys brun. Veldig lite skum. Litt søt malt i nesen. Smaken er avrundet og preget av malt. Avslutter i søt maltig retning. Kölsch-aktig.

On tap at The Rake, Borough. Cardboard aroma. Some ok lager flavours, but these are too indistinct and one is left with a profound sense of cardboard.
