Bag in a box: Poured golden with bubbles. Aroma is soft apple. Taste is apple light tartness.

15/11/2018. Bag in box at the Dove St Inn, Ipswich. Pours copper amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of apples, toffee, citrus and light spice. Light sweetness, medium sour. Light to moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Very dry finish with good tartness.

BIAB at Dove Street Inn, Ipswich. Amber colour, afew bubbles on top and funky apple aroma. Taste is watery, fruity apple with horseblanket woody funk caramel and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, semi-dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable

Bag in a box at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Hazy dark orange colour no head. Good cider apple aroma. Dry as hell in mouth. Pretty good flavour. Extremely dry. Very desicating. Good. Nice dry cider.

Cask (handpump) @ Southampton Arms, 139 Highgate Road, London, Greater London, England NW5 1LE.Unclear medium yellow orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, green apples, wood, chicken shit - manure, barnyard notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, chickin shit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20120803]

Cask@Southampton Arms, London. Slightly hazy golden colour with no head. Aroma is floral, apples, some tart wood as well as mild funkyness. Flavour is tart apples, mild ripe apples as well as some vinegar and alcohol.

From a bag in the box at the Green Man, Bristol 3/06/2011. Hazy gold in colour. A dryish cider, with some acidic fruit, a touch of wood and yeast and tart finish. Fine.
