Can. Hazy yellow gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy palate, good fine minerally crispness. Light malts provide a light creamy sweetness. Very nice lime and watermelon, both accentuated with a nice light tartness. Watermelon comes first with lime overtaking and dominating the back end. Nice light savoury vibe comes through and cuts through. Light crispy finish. It all comes together and sings. Great Gose. Nice one Brick!

Keg at London Brewer's Market. It pours lightly hazy yellow with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, clean, zingy, breezy, sweet watermelon and bread. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, zingy, tangy, light lactic notes, watermelon, lime, touch of pickled onion and bright acidity, Light - medium body and moderate carbonation. Works well. Rather refreshing stuff.

Keg at the London Brewers market. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is funky, pineapple, Watermelon, zesty, horsey,. Flavour is composed of sharp, zesty lime, Watermelon, citric acid, sharp. Lemon. Palate is sharp, zesty, tangy, highish carbonation. Zesty.

Keg at the London Brewers' Market. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy, white head. Nice aroma, ample zesty lime, lemon. Light sweet flavour with lovely, quenching acidity, lemon juice, more lime zest, a touch of rindy bitterness. Light bodied with active carbonation. Clean finish, refreshing, lots more tart lemon and zesty lime, undertones of watermelon. Excellent. Super quenching.
