Bottles from Judith Glue (2014) and Beer Zoo (2023). Clear deep golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of pale malt, earth, grapefruit peel and orange pith. Flavour of bready malt, grass and grapefruit. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Well balanced and moreish.

Amber colour. Slightly fruity hop aroma w some light crystal or biscuity malt character. Sweetish and a fair bit if crystal chewiness, along with a slightly earthy hop accent. Good pale, if a bit on the intense side.

Scopey 5K Tasting in deepest Croydonia. Thanks to Paul for another delve in to his stash. Clear gold - amber beer. Small bubbly white head. Palate is light and dry and slightly soft. Light airy pale malt. Good citric peel and orange marmalade. Grapefruit and a touch of lemon. Light finish. Satisfying.

Bottle at home. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The nose is earthy, grainy, dough, must and toasted grass. The taste is doughy, crisp, bitter, grassy, earth, citrus peel, wood and pepper with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. All comes together pretty well. Alright.
