Bottle from Drink? Hebden Bridge. Cloudy dark amber with a thin head. Has a somewhat dour, dirty aroma for a sour, but is better in taste. Considering its been fermented by Huddersfield air there’s a good blast of lemon amongst its sourness, which is not overly sour. Its strength is fairly evident too.

Bottle from Fresh Fields Market, Croydonia. It pours hazy golden with a decent white head. The nose is earthy, funky, dirt, light citrus, white bread, straw and barnyard. The taste is bitter, tart citrus, grapefruit, wine grape skin, lemon sherbet, Granny Smith apple skin, minerals, funky brett and light acidity towards the finish. Finish is crisp and dry. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Crisp, funky, bright and juicy. I really like the balance to this. Very nicely done.

Hazy orange beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry and has a good minerally crispness. Nice fresh orange and a little lemon. A mild to medium funky tartness accentuates the citric notes. Finishes crisp and leaves a trace of peel lingering on Very bright and refreshing. Nice one.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Murky amber. Thin, messy, lasting, white head. Tart, lemon sorbet. Vanilla. Fresh, herby hop. Pineapple flesh. Taste is tart, light, lemon pith dry. Hint of bitter. Light body. Soft acidity. Finishes zingy bitter, with a gently acidic finish. Absolutely no idea if this beer was meant to be like this, but whatever, it’s turned out really well.
