Very hazy deep amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and crisp. Light dry malts, not that sweet. Floral bitterness and citric pith bitterness. Mild bubblegum ester. Dry finish. Not much in the way of hop fruits here, all dry bitterness. Lame.

Bottle from Jacks (Westholme Stores) Goring on Thames, Oxon, consumed at home Sunday 17th May 2015 Hazy orange amber with a filmy white head. Heading in the right direction after the last beer, really hoppy nice bite, fruity. Thoroughly enjoying this, a little pineapple, mhhh, very good bottled beer. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a thin head. Mainly hoppy with a dryness but also fruity throughout, again with the dryness that is a staple of this ales character. Farily easy drinking for its strength.
