Cask at Cock Tavern. It pours hazy golden with medium white head. The nose is pungent hoppiness, orange, mango, light dough and pine. The taste is bitter pine, juicy citrus, orange, tangerine, mango, passion fruit, nice level of bitterness, resin and varnish with a dry, rather bitter finish. Light-medium body and soft carbonation. Very drinkable indeed!

On tap at the Cock Tavern, London - shared with Jack. Pours amber-gold with a small, white foam head. Plenty of ripe citrus in the nose, some other fruit notes. Light sweet flavor with orange, lemon, some rindy citrus, hints of pine. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Pretty clean to finish, light bitterness, further citrus fruits and faintly resinous pine. Very easy drinking beer.

At the brewpub. Light haze on this gold beer, small white head. Palate is softish with fine carbonation. Nice fresh hops. Yellow grapefruit with a good deal of bitterness. Partly offset by some sweeter floral tangerine. The finish is back to bitterness with mild minerals. Very hop forward beer with a nice mouthfeel. Satisfying and good stuff - can see Howling Hops going places!
