An 8.4% scrumpy Quite Clear and Golden in colour with a full-bodied smell, the first taste quickly reveals the nutty, earthy flavours so well associated with the russet apple, which is dominant in this cider. This unique cider is rich and has good deep body, is medium to the taste and yet has a dryish finish.

Had@18th Reading Beer & Cider Fest. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is funk, some apples, toffee and quite sweet. Flavour is kind of syrupy, some ripe apples, green apple skins, some funk and mild earthy tones. Smooth and fresh, but not all too sweet. Somewhat dry palate.

Cask, gravity at Merton Winter Beer Festival, 17th & 18th February 2012 Quite an unusual cider from the off, noise is pear drops and a little sweetness, I don’t get the Russet apples which I understand this primarily came from, tangy and a little bit plasticcy at times. Unusual I will admit but not totally my thing. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1
