Bottle from Tesco, Winchester. Poured a clear medium amber with a broken thin white head. The aroma is light malt, light hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry malt, light citrus hop palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

50cl bottle from Tescoโs, Aldershot. Reddish amber with a thin white head; earthy, nutty, aroma; soft caramel taste; some almonds to finish. A solid but uninspiring bitter.

Cask at Oluthuone Leskinen, Oulu. Colour is clear copper with small thick white head. Aromas and flavours: Bitterness, dryness and malts. Quite tasteless, soapy and not in best condition.

Two hand-pulled pints in the excellent Rai dโOr; a pub/Thai restaurant in Salisbury on 12th Oct 2013. Brown to dirty amber in body colour, the head being a dull white covering. Malts rule the aroma and taste with the hops playing second fiddle in both senses. Not really sweet, but a definite malt lead in all aspects. Medium bodied and easy to drink, especially with the delicate Thai food I had with my beers. I really enjoyed this beer from a brewery Iโve never seen beers from before, hope I bump into another one day.

Cask (handpump) @ Richard John Blackler - JDW, Units 1 & 2, Charlotte Row, Great Charlotte Street, Liverpool, Merseyside, England L1 1HU.ABV: 4.1%. Clear medium yellow - amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, apple and toffee notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120117]

Cask at the Crosse Keys, JDW, London at 4.1%. Pours clear, brown-gold with a foamy, white head. Tangy-bready malt nose. Light to medium sweet flavor, light toasted bread, leaves, faint ripe fruits. Sweet finish with more bread, faint caramel, light tangy fruits. Nothing special.
