Bottle thanks to Fergus. Shared at L42. It pours pale yellow - gold with a small white head. The aroma is quite soft and restrained, comprises of paper, cracker, floral notes and earth. The taste is crisp, dry, straw, white bread, biscuit, grass, cracker, light spice and wood with a dry finish. Medium body and fine body. Light and easy. Not bad for the style.

Hazy pale golden color with a white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Good balance between sweetness and a bitterness. Malty, citric, and mild herbal flavor. Nice session ale.

330ml bottle. Milky, yellow-ish golden colour with small, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Husky, minimally strawy and grainy aroma, a hoppy touch of fresh grass, very cautious hints of yellow apple. Taste is slightly bitter and mildly grassy hoppy, some husk, a touch of straw, hay and fresh grass, cautious hints of gooseberry and yellow apple. Quite nice.

On keg at Six Degrees North, Edinburgh. Appearance - pale yellow. Nice fluffy head. Nose - light lemon and pale malt. Taste - some peach in there. Then dry lemon and malt. General feeling of lemon barley water. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - very tan-able.

Bottle that we picked up in Solent Cellar, Lymington, Hampshire, consumed at home Saturday 25th March 2017 Pours hazy first piss of the morning colour without too much of a head, so again closely resembling that first piss. Not a bad beer at all, good first beer of the day, fruity, soft, a little sweet but otherwise very pleasant, drying a little at back end. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

330ml bottle kindly shared by Cunningham at Ale House, Chelmsford. Hazy pale golden body. Low white head. Bread with citric hints on the nose. Flavoured with lemony drops and grain. Mid-sweet fruity end. Smooth and refreshing. Nice (17.02.2017).

On tap at St John’s Islington. Hazy pale gold lasting white head. Decent stab at a kellerbier. Got the body and the flavour bang on. Lemony. A bit light in the malt without a doubt. But its got the bready thing right just needs a bit more backbone. Otherwise pretty decent go at it.

Bottle at home in London. Picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours clear yellow-gold, effervescent, with a frothy, white head. Mellow floral hops in the nose, some crispy biscuits, nips of cereal. Lightly sweet, with just enough grassy bitterness, more clean biscuity sugars, some straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish with refreshing grassy bitterness, further biscuits, a little lemon rind, pale bread. This is an excellent lager. Very surprised by the ratings - perhaps this is beer is better or of bottle? Or just the usual ’lager discount’ in action? Anyway, the beer in front of me is great.
