Can, 473 ml, bought at the brewery on 24 April 2024, savoured on 28 May 2024; eye: golden with a slight greenish hue, clear, no effervescence, ring and island of tawny head, no lacing; nose: cereal, bread, light citric, grain; mouth: grain, light citric, citric finale with light presence of grain, medium-light body, good carbonation, slightly sweet, grainy texture; in short: correct FRANÇAIS
Canette, 473 ml, achetée à la brasserie le 24 avril 2024, savourée le 28 mai 2024; œil : dorée avec une très légère teinte verdâtre, limpide, pas d’effervescence, anneau et île de mousse fauve, pas de dentelle; nez : céréale, pain, léger citrique, grain; bouche : grain, léger citrique, finale citrique avec légère présence de grain, corps moyen-léger, bonne carbonatation, très légèrement sucrée, texture granuleuse; en résumé : correct

Clean, lighter golden colour with not much visible carbonation, but a fluffy white cap, good stay and soapy lacing left. Mild spicy malts like a tamer Pils, with some yeast that comes out over the hints of cereal base. The mouthfeel is flatter, fairly crisp with a decent touch of dryness in the end. A yeasty touch with the cereal malts and what helps here is the herbal notes of hops. A real easy-drinking, crisp, yeasty, well-blended cereal-hops Blonde ale.

Des notes de pain frais au nez dans un environnement céréalier avec une quantité appréciable d’esters fruités non sans rappeler la poire. Le liquide est doré et limpide avec une mousse effervescente qui tient très peu. En bouche, c’est frais, pétillant, avec des notes maltées en rétro olfaction qui insèrent une douceur boulangère. Subtilement fruitée et miellée avec des notes de poire. Les houblons sont épicés et herbacés procurant une amertume moyenne. Le corps est moyen- léger avec une carbo assez piquante qui lui confère une buvabilité assez élevée. Rafraichissante, bien maltée et fruitée. Mais est-ce une lager?
