Cask at Euston Tap. It pours hazy yellow with a medium white head. The nose is pithy citrus, grass, juicy fruit, touch of passion fruit and white grape. The taste is lime, grapefruit, kiwi, white grape, assertive bitterness, pepper, grass and resin with a very dry, bitter finish. Light-medium body and soft carbonation. Very tasty indeed.

Cask at the Euston Tap, London. Pours clear yellow with a firm, white cream head. Interesting aroma, with plenty of pee, lime, some roasted red pepper, other dry citrus. Light sweet flavor with great, lightly aged pissy bitterness, some pale malts, light dry grass and pine needles. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Great balance overall. Faint grassy resins to finish, lime, grapefruit, urine, mellow pale malts, lemon. Ah, great stuff. For a relatively low ABV golden ale this is a stunner. The balance is spot on, and the character has some depth. Great stuff.

Euston Tap. Clear gold beer, little white head. The palate is light with nice fine carbonation. Fresh. That chameleon hop - Nelson Sauvin - showing here as quite grapey with lesser notes of bitter melon and a trace of tropical fruits with a sublte kiwi vibe. Dry and slightly spritzy finish.

Cask (handpump) @ Craft Beer Co., 82 Leather Lane, London, Greater London, England EC1N 7TR.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, passionfruit, light orange - citrus and grapefruit. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120115]

Cask at CRAFT BEER Co. on 7th September 2011. Hazy gold with white bubbly foam. Rich grassy hop aroma. Thick grassy hop and beautiful herbs/bayleaf notes blended with an intense bitternes in mouth, termpered by delicate honey notes. Rich and intense bitter finish. One of the best UK beers I have drunk in 2011. Exquisite.

Cask-conditioned at the Three tuns, Bristol 20/08/2011. Clear deep gold with a slight white head. Aroma of gooseberries, pineapple and slightly sweet malts, More fruit in the flavour with a solid malt backbone and dry, slightly prickly finish. Excellent {3.9}. 11/12/2011 at the Three tuns. Gooseberry and other fruit was even more pronounced with a hint of tea and jasmine - brilliant, this should be a permanent beer. Jon Comer take note! [4.3]
