Bottle shared with Joes and Dutchdrebus. Pitch black, opaque, medium to full sized brown head that leaves nice lacing. Aroma and taste are pretty...how should I say this...flat? Nah that aint it. "Niet uitgesproken" in Dutch. No distinct taste? Anyway, after a while some roastyness comes through, slightly bitter in the finish. Not bad.

Bottle @ home thx to benzai. Opaque, pitch black with a nice tanned head. Smells sweetish, red fruits, slightly malty. Tastes slightly roasty, slightly chocolate, but there isn’t really a distinct taste going on.

Bottle 330ml. @ chriso s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2012.Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, vegetables, wood, sour, light to moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Something strange in the aroma i did not like - but he flavor was okay. [20120804]

Bottle at Chriso’s 2012 Pre-GBBF Shindig, London. Pours clear brown with a creamy, off-white foam head. Dirt and bread on the nose. Medium sweet flavor, faintly tangy with some lacto notes, with more dirt and earth. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, lightly roasty with yet more dirt, mild dark fruits. It’s OK.
