Bottle shared. Very hazy brown with a light tan head. Aroma of rich malt, overripe dark fruit, some light fruits, tobacco, nutty notes and light spice. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

(Draught at Kaschk, Berlin, 27 Aug 2016) Dark amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, slightly roasted nose with orange peel, toast, caramel and nuts. Malty taste with notes of apricots, orange peel, toast, caramel, some chocolate, slightly roasted malt and a balanced spicy bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - dark Amber pour with off white head. Sweet malty aroma with some dark dried fruit, notes of caramel and treacle, touch of brown sugar, some spices into the close. Rather like this. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Reddish-brown with good white foam. Aroma: malt, caramel, fruit, a little esters. Taste: malty, wine, a little coffee and hops. Not bad.

Bottled (from Vinmonopolet, Kirkenes). Brownish amber colour, medium brown head. Aroma is coffee, caramel, chocolate and mild yeasty and toffeeish notes. Flavour is caramel, toffee and some chocolate. Very nicely balanced.
